30-Day Return Policy
|
Refunds will be issued for returns that meet our standard RMA
Criteria:
Returned product will be inspected in accordance with TechNut
Electronics published Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Criteria standards (see below). Products that meet our RMA Criteria
will be refunded, credited or exchanged. To avoid delays, be sure to
follow the RMA Criteria guidelines. Processing times vary; your
return may take up to 5 business days from the time your RMA is
received by TechNut Electronics.
Standard RMA CRITERIA
1. All products sold by TechNut Electronics are covered by our
standard 30-day warranty. The product must be returned within 30
days of the original invoice date to receive a refund or credit.
Please note that ALL returns require an RMA number. Your "RMA
request" must be submitted within the first 30 days after the
original date of purchase. Otherwise, the product is void of RMA and
no longer eligible for return/refund.
2. An RMA number must be obtained through the following method: Send
an email to rma@technutelectronics.com including your original order
number and product description. Also, include your reason for RMA.
Your reason for RMA is important to note and must comply with our
Physical Damage Policy (Physical Damage Policy - TechNut Electronics
will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
Physical damage to product includes, but is not limited to, improper
handling and or any other type of damage sustained by irregular
usage. Any physical damage that has been sustained by the product,
after the original purchase, will void our Warranty on that
product).
3. Once obtained, print off the RMA email that you will receive from
us and insert it, along with the product, in the container to be
shipped to TechNut Electronics.
4. Ship the product to the address provided by our representative at
the time of the RMA confirmation.
The product must be complete and quantity exact.
NOTE: TechNut Electronics RMA numbers will expire after 15 calendar
days from issuance. Any product(s) received after the TechNut
Electronics RMA number expires will not be accepted for return. |
